Six Sigma Methodology Is a Quality Control System That Has Proven Itself Over Decades

Since inception in the 1980s by the Motorola Company, the concept called Six Sigma Methodology has been effectively used by various large and small businesses to great effect. The fundamental principle is to eradicate errors and defects in manufacturing and supply chains and to ensure quality customer service and products/services. The concept of improving each and every stage of a production process and ensuring that the entire staff works together to reach these goals makes this system a winner every time.
