Getting your Six Sigma Training isn't about being cocky or arrogant at all. It is more about taking your career to the next level and making it what you want. Many people see Six Sigma as a business management tool, but they don't look at it on the level of it being an advanced business degree. Therefore, if you have the mentality that you are better than those around you because you went through the trouble of getting an advanced degree like Six Sigma Certification, then you are probably justified in your thoughts.

As such, you deserve a little credit for what you have done, just as long as you don't let it go to your head. With a dance business degree in something as popular as Six Sigma, you have a lot of choices for your career. You can stay with the company that you're working with it that is applicable, or you can seek out a new position either in your previous job description with added Six Sigma Training, or you can become a Six Sigma consultant directly.
