Infrastructure planning can be learned in a Six Sigma training program in as little as a few days with some hard work put forth.  You will learn how to systematically process launches of projects, maintain and measure the success of performance improvement programs, and initialize or provide the output of the company vision into a robust action plan.  Once you walk away from a Lean Six Sigma course you will have a solid foundation of how to operate an entire performance improvement plan and you will be able to achieve Six Sigma results.

When a person goes through the initialization and development portion of the lean Six Sigma program, they will learn how to successfully roll out and communicate the details of a project’s deployment to all of the staff members.  You will learn how to put together a realistic timeline for the entire project, including training and go live dates.  You will learn about the importance of a Six Sigma green belt, yellow belt, black belt, and other levels of Six Sigma expertise. 

All training questions will be answered here because this is the initialization and deployment phase.  When you go through Six Sigma training, you will be able to answer questions about how training will take place.  It is important to know the type of training that will be the most effective for staff.  Is an offsite classroom the best option or maybe online is the best way for the group to learn. 

Prioritizing projects for the organization is another aspect of lean Six Sigma that you will learn.  It is important to be able to identify projects that will forge the company into success and not bog down an abundance of productive employees while barely making a profit.  Once you complete a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, you will know exactly how to identify and seek out the worthy projects that will be successful for the company.
